Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy.

During an EFT session, the client will focus on a specific issue while tapping on “end points of the body’s energy meridians”. The technique is very easy to learn, and will help you:

  • Remove negative emotions
  • Reduce food cravings
  • Reduce or eliminate pain
  • Implement Positive Goal

Dr. Mitchell has been trained with EFT and can help you learn how to use it for yourself. An EFT training session is typically 45-60 minutes long and costs $50.
